Logistic Center and Cold Storage Establishment Project

Comprehensive business plan was developed for a company, intending to establish a logistic center in Armenia. The key objective of the assignment was to research the target market for delivering the services, financial calculation of the whole project, as well as to define the collaboration scheme with farmers and wholesale buyers.

Within the assignment it was proposed to adopt a model of multi-sided platform, according to which the logistic center will meet the farmers-suppliers and wholesale buyers.
