Strategic Development Plan for Radio Station

PMA Experts were invited to prepare a tendering package for an existing radio station in Armenia to get permission of prolongation of the broadcasting licence. Within the assignments the following deliverables were ensured:

• Management advisory was provided for effective project management purposes.
• Advisory and professional support was provided for tendering package preparation and submission.

In the result the radio station received all the necessary permissions.
