Chinchilla Breeding Farm Expansion Project

Project management plan was developed for a chinchilla breeding farm operating in Armenia. Within the assignment the following results were delivered to the client:

• Market research for revealing the global market of chinchilla fur-skins production and realization. The key countries and wholesale markets were revealed and market volumes were estimated.
• Financial model was developed to estimate the project budget for farm expansion. Through financial analysis the existing farm’s financial standing was analysed and proper solutions were delivered for improving the overall financial health of the business. The optimal number of chinchilla families was defined to allow the client to avoid extra costs during the business expansion project.
• Action plan was developed for project implementation to help the client be effective in the way of achieving the project goals.
